Manitowoc Public Utilities Secures Community Solar Generation Site

Manitowoc Public Utilities (MPU), in conjunction with GRNE Solar, is building a community solar generation facility on Hecker Road just south of Viebahn Street. MPU recently signed a lease with the City of Manitowoc to utilize the space, which is an old gravel pit, for solar panels as part of our new community solar program.
