Power Plant & Electric Distribution Tour Days Event!

In honor of national Public Power Week, which runs from October 6, 2024 – October 12th, 2024, Manitowoc Public Utilities (MPU) is celebrating with a community event! On Tuesday, October 8^th, from 4:00PM – 6:30PM, MPU will be hosting power plant tours, our parking lot will have electric distribution demonstrations and bucket truck rides, treats and giveaways will be offered while available, and more! There is no need to register for a tour, just come to our office parking lot at 1303 South 8^th Street during the event timeframe. Tours will run every half hour with the first starting at 4:00PM and the last starting at 6:00PM. We look forward to seeing the community!
